Love the smell
I got a sample of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Le Beau Le Parfum, and wow… this one blew me away. From the very first spray, it’s smooth and slightly sweet with a tropical twist—coconut and tonka bean over a warm, woody base. It’s fresh enough for daytime but has this deep, sensual side that makes it perfect for nights out or whenever you want to feel confident. What really impressed me was how it changes over time. It starts playful and inviting, then settles into creamy vanilla and rich woods for a more sophisticated, masculine vibe. The projection is just right—not overpowering—but people definitely notice it. And the longevity is insane; I could still smell it the next day on my shirt. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a sample this small to make such a big impression, but now I’m sold—this fragrance is going on my full-bottle wishlist.

Hans första doft Classique lanserades 1993 och 1995 lanserade han doften Le Mâle för män. Sedan dess har många andra dofter tillkommit, bland annat Classique Eau Fraîche Wonder Woman, som är en fräsch och sexig tolkning av Classique Eau de Toilette, och motsvarande Le Male Eau Fraîche Superman.

A smooth summer date night scent that’s rich but n
Le Beau Le Parfum is a rich scent that you can wear as during a summer date or in the office. The best way to describe the scent, besides notes, is that it’s modern, rich, and inviting with just a touch of that 90’s cologne feel. If I had to relate it to other scents, I see this as Jean Paul Gaultier’s approach to its own blue scent to compete with the other famous blue scents like Sauvage and Bleu De Chanel. As a Parfum, performance is average, projecting out lightly for about 1-2 hours before becoming an intimate scent that is still very noticeable at 2 feet away max, for the remaining 2-3 hours. So, this is definitely safe for work, or to wear around people who don’t like overpowering scents, as you will probably need to reapply a few hours after the initial application if you want to stay in that decent projection range. Jean Paul Gaultier’s scent are normally cost effective compared to other scents, so I feel like even with a reapplication, it’s a good value for the money. However, it is a Parfum so those that want to keep that deep rich scent that is close to the skin, there’s no need to reapply. This is one of the few scents that I can put my nose up to on initial application, that won’t bother me or overwhelm me into a headache. This is everything it’s supposed to be, a rich elegant Parfum scent with perfect average projection, sillage, and lifespan.
