Sephora Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Competition Period and Platform

The giveaway will take place on Instagram, starting on April 20, 2025 and ending on April 23, 2025. Any entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

Each person may only enter once. Participation is free and not conditional on a purchase.

Eligibility

Participation is open to residents of Sweden or Denmark aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Sephora, its agencies (including Rock & Stars), and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize

1 winner will be selected.
Each winner will receive 1 mixed Goodiebag.
The total value of each prize is approx. 566 DKK / 845 SEK.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Sephora reserves the right to change, replace or adjust the prize at any time.

Winner Selection and Announcement

The Winners will be selected through a random drawing from the comments on April 24, 2025 by a Sephora jury. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Winners will be contacted via direct message from @sephora_scandinavia and will be asked to provide the following information:

Full name
Mailing address

This information will only be used for prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Sephora reserves the right to select a new winner.

By participating, entrants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data as required for the administration of the competition.

All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Sweden and Denmark, including the GDPR.

Disqualification and Liability

Sephora reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of cheating or attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
Sephora is not responsible for:

Technical issues
Delays or errors in content uploads or direct messaging
Lost or delayed deliveries
Printing or typographical errors in the promotion materials

Sephora may modify or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice.
