As I have sensitive combination skin, Clinique products have been staples in my routine ever since I started doing skincare & make-up. This cleansing oil is free of fragrance, parabens & phthalates, so I am able to use it without problems. Double cleansing is not necessary with this product, since it removes the make-up, uncloggs my pores (especially those little spots around my nose!) and cleanses my face all in one go. While I have tried different brands of cleansing oil, I keep coming back to this one because it’s simply the best in my opinion! I have reactive skin and am always weary of what types of skincare products I apply to my face. I recently tried this cleansing oil and was pleased with the fact that it was unscented. Double cleansing is a must if you want to remove all traces of dirt and residue off your skin. Since I've started this, I have had less break outs. First step is to use an oil based cleanser like this Clinique cleansing oil. Packaged in a convenient pump bottle with a twist head to open or close. Comes out as a fragrance-free clear oil. Massage to dry skin. And it will melt everything off. From full coverage makeup, to stubborn waterproof mascara, transfer proof lipstick, sunscreens, dirt, etc. Rinse with water. I follow up with a second cleanser to complete my double cleansing routine. Suitable for all skin types and ophthalmologist tested to be safe even for contact lense wearers. Gentle and Easy to use!

Typically I don't usually enjoy oil based products as they don't mix well with my skin type. This makeup cleansing oil did work well and was super easy to use with a nice pump bottle. A must have for your daily routine

The fact that it is unscented and does have an over powering aroma to it, makes using it even more enjoyable. It is very light weight, left my skin feeling amazing and soft after using it. Good for removing makeup and SPF

I enjoy using this cleansing oil, it’s super lightweight and has a silky texture that melts away SPF and foundation effortlessly. My skin always feels clean but never stripped after rinsing, and I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and gentle on my sensitive skin. But it’s not my fave when it comes to removing waterproof mascara or heavy eye makeup. In my experience, it takes quite a bit of rubbing to get everything off, which I’m not a fan of… especially around the eyes. I usually have to follow up with micellar water for that area. Still, it’s a solid first cleanse, and I’d definitely repurchase it for removing base makeup and sunscreen. Just be aware you might need something extra for stubborn mascara. All in one facial cleanser that works!!!

I have to say I was a bit sceptical about using an oil based cleanser on my face but I am 100% sold on this product. It is my new go to facial cleanser that I use every night. I use to have to use eye makeup remover then my cleanser but this takes every bit of my makeup off leaving my skin feeling silky smooth, moisturized, and with no oily feeling left on the skin.
