Peach Glaze Glow - Mist med vitamin C

Fragrant and glowy, but not layer-friendly. 😔

Ideally, I like to have 3–5 steps in my daily skincare routine—the "bare minimum" being a cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. So, when I test potentially new additions to my routine, I test them both on their own /and/ within the "layers" I do every morning and night. While I found several aspects of this mist to be enjoyable—amazing smell, nice glow, instant hydration—it didn't last for me as something I would include in my routine. Not only did the hydration struggle to last, but when combined with other products in my routine, I became very oily. I attempted to switch out my basic routine in hopes it would clash better with the mist, but to no avail. I'm disappointed, but I don't regret trying it. A good additive in your routine!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was super excited to review this! I love skincare sprays. I had just ran out of my vitamin C, so it was a good time to test this spray. It did not have a strong scent, very tolerable. I like the packaging it was nice and cute.

Just ok

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This was just an okay product for me. The scent was very strong and I felt like it made my makeup look greasy and not really dewy. Now if I used it as a skincare item it was better, but I didn’t like the scent either way.

Amazing glow!

This is absolutely terrible. First off, it’s super expensive for a facial mist. You’re better off getting a vitamin C serum or else just a regular facial mist to set your makeup or add hydration. Besides the price (because if this product was actually good I wouldn’t mind paying) the actual product itself is terrible. It smells super super strong and artificial…like a fake peach candy. The scent lingers too. Secondly, it made my face really sticky and just look shiny and not in a good way. And last…the worst of all is that it made me break out. Like immediately. In places I don’t ever break out in. I got tiny little red pimples on my forehead and cheek (and I NEVER break out there…I only break out on my chin before my period) The pimples are itchy too so I think it’s a reaction to something in this product. I don’t have sensitive skin usually. But I’m not using this product anymore and hopefully my skin clears up. I would pass on this product. It really serves no purpose.

Hydrating and Glowy Mist

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product sprays on pretty evenly and makes my skin look super glowy and hydrated. The scent is a bit artificial, but i don’t mind it because of how effective the mist is. The packaging is also super cute and sleek!

Fantastic vit C spray

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Ole Henriksen Peace Glaze Glow Mist is such a nice pick-me-up. The mist is super fine and refreshing, and it gives my skin a healthy, dewy glow without feeling greasy. I use it both on bare skin and over makeup, and it makes everything look fresh again. The scent is light and clean, not too strong. If you’re oily you might not want to spray it too often, but overall it’s hydrating, glowy, and just makes skin look better instantly.

On its own, it can be a bit too dewy for my oily skin and ends up looking greasy. But I absolutely love using it as a primer before makeup—it’s moisturizing without feeling heavy, helps my makeup go on smoothly, adds the perfect glow without overdoing it, and even makes my makeup last longer. I definitely prefer it under makeup rather than on its own.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Honestly this product is decent and has really nice packaging and a great spray/ mister on it, but I don’t believe it does anything for my skin type. One thing I do not like is the smell of it, it smells so bad it makes me nauseous and how it feels on my skin. It did somewhat give me a glow, but it made my skin really sticky. All in all I personally wouldn’t buy this with my own money, but to each their own. And hey I may just not have the right skin type.
