Sensitive reaction

I really really wanted to like this toner. I purchased the full size after getting and using up a sample which made my skin look so glowy and feel so soft and moisturized. However, within about a month or so of using it, I got the worst breakout flare-up I've had during my adult life. Small red pimples everywhere on my forehead, nose, cheeks. As soon as I cut this out of my routine, my skin calmed down. A couple of weeks later, I (reluctantly) wanted to give this another try. Although I didn't get as severe of a reaction, my cheeks would develop weird small red spots that I can only imagine are because of this toner. I think if you have acne-prone, oily, and sensitive skin, this isn't the toner for you. It creates this almost sticky layer before applying other products that I could see how it could lead to breakouts. Really sad though because I've barely used the product and it does give a beautiful glow if you ignore all the spots lol

really wanted to love this, but it broke me out so badly. after removing it from my routine my skin cleared up almost immediately. it is very hydrating and feels so nice on the skin, but wouldn’t reccomend if you’re acne prone.

5 stars for the product, packaging kind of sucks

This is my first time buying laneige. After trying so many different products and never being fully satisfied, I decided to try this one after it was recommended to me. I have used this product for about 3 weeks and have seen a huge difference in my skin already. The packaging’ does suck though. Like others have stated, the cap gets stuck and it spills everywhere. Thankfully I was able to get the cap unscrewed from the lid. Next time I’ll be buying the one with the pump and hopefully it will be better

Must-have in my routine

Love this product so much!! Korean skincare is the best! And this one helps so much the skin barrier. Perfect for mature skin. I use it both in my am and pm skincare routine. Cant live without it. Gives me glass skin. Will repurchase forever!!

not worth the hype

this is overhyped and not very effective. I didn't find it to do anything worthwhile for my skin. it's like expensive water. you're better off with many other less expensive things.

My Holy Grail

This is a perfect product for me. I've been using it off and on for years, first as samples and then the larger sizes, and my skin loves it. I've tried to find dupes or cheaper moisturizing toners but nothing comes close. I have combination skin with rosacea on my cheeks that gets very dry and this does wonders. When used with a moisturizing face wash (I use the Byoma Milky Moisture Cleanser) my skin is perfectly soft and glowy, even with my rosacea. I have used the Byoma Milky Toner and the Bubble Cosmic Silk (milky toner) and I like them okay, but for me they can't begin to compare to this product. Given how long this lasts, I would say it is comparable in price and performs 10x better. I have the big 10.8 oz bottle, but I recently bought the 30ml spray bottle and have been refilling it to use the spray to apply and it has been a game changer. So easy to apply, no fingers needed. And I can do a little spray whenever I'm feeling a little dry. And it's very small, which solves the issue of how to travel with it. Also for anyone that has had perioral dermatitis, this has not caused any flare up for me. I struggled with it for about 6 months over a year ago and was never 100% sure what caused it (I think toothpaste but 🤷‍♀️). So I am always afraid that a product might cause it to flare up and always search reviews on new products to see other people's experience. So if you're searching the reviews for that, I can say that I have not had a problem with this product.

this is amazing!!! not only a Toner, but an amazing moisturizer, I mean my face and neck shines all day.. meaning very moisterized... love it.......<3

Packaging

I really enjoys this roduct.BUT… I absolutely hate the packaging, every time I open it I always take the cap off with it. Because of this it leaks a lot, so it makes it ever harder to use because the product gets all over your hands while your trying to screw stage cap back on

A must have

I’ve been using this product for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It’s very hydrating and leaves my skin feeling deeply moisturized without feeling heavy. Even though I have oily skin, it works really well for me. It doesn’t make my skin feel greasy or cause excess shine—instead, it keeps my skin nicely balanced. I’ve also noticed that my makeup applies much better and looks more even. I would definitely recommend it for all skin types, even oily skin like mine. It truly delivers great results.
