Not effective

I didn’t see any good result. I used it for two months and the texture was good but it didn’t have any effect on my hair.

I started using Olaplex No.4 Shampoo after dyeing my hair, and it made such a difference. My hair felt stronger, softer, and way less damaged. It really helped maintain the health and shine. A little pricey but totally worth it!

It doesn't smooth the hair

Pros: It washes hair well. You don't need much, as it lathers easily. Cons: It doesn't smooth the hair at all. I bought it mainly for that purpose, and my expectations were as high as the advertisements suggested—especially based on the images (which they claim are not retouched). I don't know who created those before-and-after pictures, but they are definitely fake or heavily edited. My hair is natural—never dyed, never straightened—so there's no serious damage. However, after using this shampoo along with the No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner, my hair remained the same: puffed up and tangled. My previous cheap grocery store shampoo did the same job, but it was five times cheaper. Very disappointed. If you're looking for a shampoo to smooth your hair, I suggest trying another brand.

The best shampo

I’ve been using the No.4 FINE Bond Maintenance Volumizing and Strengthening Shampoo, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve tried for my fine hair. From the very first wash, I noticed my hair felt fuller, looked healthier, and had actual bounce without feeling weighed down. It doesn’t strip my strands and somehow still leaves them feeling super clean. I also love how it helps with breakage and strengthens over time. The scent is fresh and subtle, which is perfect for daily use. A little goes a long way, and the bottle lasts a good while. If your hair is fine, flat, or fragile, this might be your new go to for me, my mom of course tried and her review was 5 stars so this is a must have just look my before and after stunning 😍

The consistency is thin enough to do the job of shampooing my hair, ridding my scalp of the residual products, the first time without multiple washing. It left my hair feeling very soft and clean. It cleans my hair without weighing it down or stripping it of my natural oils. I have yet to find a shampoo that combats the dryness of my hair and the fine texture simultaneously. I use a lot of products to lift my hair, providing texture and volume. That includes gels, texturizers, volumizers and the like. This builds up the hair texture, giving it a sticky and tacky residue that is hard to get rid of. That is until I found Olaplex shampoo. It just cleaned my hair, going down to the roots of the hair leaving it clean. My daughter even used this shampoo on one of my wigs at home, the shampoo has softened and lengthened the wig.

Great product

I have really super fine hair and I’ve used this product a couple of times and I can already tell a huge difference in how my hair looks and feels. I’m entering my 50s and my hair seems to be getting thinner so this product has really helped bring the life back into my hair.

Bonding

I received this free for my thoughts. This has a nice thick texture that has a really nice lather that smells nice. With the first use, I could feel that my thin strands felt a little thicker with less breakage and frizz.

Best shampoo I've ever used

I've used Olaplex products for 2 years and my hair has never looked better. They may seem costly but they are very concentrated so you use very little product.

Even though this was an incentivized review, I can honestly say I was floored by the results. After just one use, my hair felt dramatically stronger—dryness and brittle breakage came to an almost complete halt. My hair looked shinier, healthier, and fuller, and I started getting compliments at work, which hasn’t happened in a long time. It also gave my fine hair volume without weighing it down, and the clean, fresh scent is a bonus. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for serious breakage repair and beautiful shine!
