Soothing cleansing oil

This is the perfect first step cleanser for the summer due to it removing sunscreen and water proof makeup like a dream. 2 drops is all I need to effectively cleanse my skin without any scrubbing or irritation. When mixed with a little water it turns into a silky emulsification which is very enjoyable to watch and feel happen. The scent is light and very pleasant. This is my first time using an oil based cleanser so I thought it would feel greasy but it rinses off clean and leaves skin feeling soft. Since I have acne prone skin I used a small amount of a second cream cleanser to follow the first. I must say I am impressed by the results. My skin feels softer than it ever has and it is free from summer grime without harsh chemicals or scrubbing.

simple oil cleanser

I am fairly new to oil cleansers and this is only my second one, but I enjoyed it! It doesn't have a strong scent, the dispenser is easy to use, and I found that it removed my makeup and sunscreen easily. I use the double cleansing method- oil cleansing and then following up with a second foaming cleanser. It didn't feel like this left much residue on my skin, but I double cleansed anyway to be safe. I thought it felt good going on my skin, spread well and emulsified nicely with water, and overall did a great job! I'd consider purchasing it in the future. In the before pic I have my makeup on; in the second, my face is clean!

Luxe makeup remover oil!

While I typically prefer makeup remover wipes, I wanted to try this remover oil to be more ecofriendly. I’ve been using this comfort cleansing oil to remove my makeup for the past few weeks and I’m happy to report I have been liking it! I’m worried as my eye area is always sensitive to remove makeup, but this oil doesn’t bother my eyes when I use it. That’s the biggest plus for me for any makeup remover! It melts away every trace of makeup, sunscreen, and excess oil with gentle rubbing. I’ve even have removed sebaceous filaments when extending the time I rub. I used to use a cleansing balm that always irritated my eyes, but this oil cleanser is super gentle. No stinging, no blurry vision, which frustrated me so much. I’m just left with clean, happy skin. After rubbing, I add water and it emulsifies into a milky texture and rinses off so easily There’s no greasy residue at all. My skin feels fresh and soft, never stripped. The texture is a bit thick for my liking but I took my time to understand how it works . I keep adding few drops of warm water while massaging and the texture turns milky and smooth. It effectively removes all makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. The fragrance is subtle and refreshing . A small amount goes a long way, I she only a few drops at a time. This cleansing oil is a little thicker than some of the other cleansing oils I have tried. I don’t wear a lot of makeup but I do wear waterproof mascara regularly, and this removed it with ease, and barely any rubbing It doesn’t emulsify as much as some other cleansing oils I have tried, but that did not interfere with it’s ability to remove my makeup and sunscreen. I found that it did a better job than most. I have been struggling with some dehydrated skin from tretinoin, and a lot of cleansing oils and face cleansers, have been drying out my skin even more. When I use this, my skin is left feeling clean, soft, hydrated and it never feels tight or stripped. It washes off my skin well without leaving any residue. I also love the scent of this, it smells very light and refreshing without being overly fragrant.
