I absolutely love this scent!!!! It is a layer able perfume that makes almost any scent better. I love the edgy packaging it is giving rebellious but elegance.

Cap falls off too easily

This strong sweet smelling perfume was a perfect present from my loving sister. The package box opens like a book and the products were snug inside. The pink writing on the box is a bit hard to read because it also is pink. I like the tall Born in Roma. The design is comfortable to hold with a soft rubbery grip. The top goes on and off the sprayer easily. I like this container a lot. The glass bottle is beautiful, however the lid is only a pop off and it falls off easily. It does not stay secure. That scares me as I am afraid one of my kids will knock it over and all of my amazing fragrance will be gone in a moment. I do expect more for something that cost a pretty penny. The floral scent is a little jasmine mixed with other aromas, maybe something woodsy too. It is sweet. I love the product itself, but the bottle is flawed. The scent does last for hours though. A little goes a long way.

I’ve been wearing Valentino Donna Born in Roma for a while now and it has absolutely earned its place in my signature scent lineup. From the very first spritz it hits you with that beautiful burst of blackcurrant and pink pepper, which quickly melts into a lush heart of jasmine and tea-rose, before settling into a warm, creamy base of Bourbon vanilla and soft woods. The bottle is a little piece of luxury too — the studded glass, the pink/black contrast, everything feels intentional. Whenever I wear this perfume, I get “You smell amazing” turning into “What fragrance is that?!”
