Bad packaging, you lose 1/3 of the balm at the end

When the lip balm was used to the end, I scraped the empty tube and realized how much product is left and basically unusable I will not buy it ever again. Two grams of waste! That’s nearly 1/3 of what you’re buying! purchase ages

Not great

Smells and tastes great, but unfortunately just doesn’t work very well as hydrating lip balm. Almost feel like it made my lips more dry

A must in my collection!

I love this brand the lip balm is great I recommend and it is good but it is thick and it smells amazing 🤩 I love it but I like the other product because it is more thin but I love this get this product

New Formula is NOT Good!

Bring back the old formula!!! I had been using this for years and I liked the new tube style, but the product is not the same at all! It's thin, not moisturizing and is just overall garbage. I'm gonna have to return the multiple I just bought and find a new go-to. So sad!

Lovely lip balm smells really nice and it's hydrating

I love this! It reminds me of my tween years only the fragrance and results are waaay better. I have one in my pocketbook and where I hang in the house. Great value!

Bring back the old formula!!!!

The new formula is not as thick and hydrating as the old one. It feels more oily and does not stay on my lips for nearly as long as it used to. I’m so sad because it just doesn’t feel the same!!!

Updated formula is just okay

NOT incentivised. Since the reformation, I find the consistency to be less creamy and moisturizing. The cap stays on (used to fall off on previous one) and I love the scent, so I will keep. But not as good.

Buttery soft

I love this stuff. It makes my lips so buttery and smooth, smells delicious and it lasts on my lips for a long time I’m surprised, bought it at the airport as a last minute thing and I would definitely repurchase!

Change back the formula !!

The old formula was great super creamy and moisturizing this new formula is like rubbing a candle stick on my lips

Great lip balm but pricey

Great lip balm with great ingredients! Wish it was slightly more hydrating cause I apply it all the time but honestly so much better than other lip balms out there.

Quite lovely

This lip balm is, as my title says, quite lovely. It’s not the best, but compared to other products it’s quite lovely. It’s moisturizing, smells good, and lasts quite well even when drinking or eating. The only issue I have with this one is that I personally found myself noticing that when it was on I could more easily feel where my lips were chapped. Weird to explain but I found myself noticing chapped lips in spots I didn’t realized were chapped. It also left a slight feeling of dryness when it came off, but very subtle. If you’re someone who likes Laneige sleep lip masks or their lip balms I would suggest you pass on this as it’s more similar to Burt’s bee lip balm in my opinion. Yet if you’re someone who’s fond of Burt’s bees-esqe lip balms then this would be something I would recommend trying
