This is the best product I have ever used on my skin. Highly recommend all of the fresh products but the Black Tea line is exceptional.

Beware of Formula Change

So disappointed in this new formula. Please also offer the original formula that I had been using since it was first introduced. I am 72 years old and credit the original formula for not having crow’s feet. The new one pills something terrible when applying concealer. It also made my under eye feel dry and tight and not moisturized at all. It doesn’t absorb like the original product. I am now forced to find an alternative brand. So far nothing has compared to your original formula. Please consider this request!

Also don’t like new formula

Agree with the previous reviews. I thought I got a bad batch or bottle to realize they changed the formula. I can’t believe how thick it is and also agree it pills. I had used the old formula for years but don’t like this new one. Wont buy again and will look for a new eye cream.

Burned skin

Burned my skin and made it red and flaky. Awful. Would not recommend this product.

Too thick - Bring back Age-Delay Eye Concentrate

Please bring back the Age-Delay Eye Concentrate -- I have used it for many years and absolutely loved it! I have since tried this product and have been very disappointed. It goes on very thick and and unevenly and doesn't blend with concealer or foundation. I ended up using it at night but can't use it in the day with makeup. Please bring back Age-Delay Eye Concentrate.

Burns skin

I wish I read the reviews more closely before buying. I tested it under one eye and it definitely makes my skin burn

Disappointed in formula change

I have been using the black tea fresh eye cream for OVER 5 YEARS! I am very disappointed in their formula change. Their previous version was the Age Delay Eye Cream. Their old version did not have propanediol and this new version does. It is a bummer because I stocked up over the holidays and will be on the hunt for a new eye cream. The new formula pills, sits on top of my under eyes and does not work well under make up at all. I tried under eye concealers from Benefit, bobbi brown, nars, charlotte tilbury, none of them work with this new eye cream. Please fresh - bring back the old formula!!

pills up and is cakey

disappointing to say the least. I have loved their Rose eye cream for years, it was hydrating and disappeared into my skin. I REALLY wish I'd known they were going to discontinue it I would have bought all I could, but every year I wait for Black Friday for all my skincare and this was all they had instead so I tried it. I figured since it's more expensive and I am, after all, almost 52 years old and it's supposed to be more serious, it would be like a treat and be better than the rose. But it's not at all. It cakes up and when I touch my eyes it rolls off in pills, and I wonder at least my skin absorbed the nutrients and it's just that way too thick cream that's falling off or if it's just a waste. If I wear makeup then the cream pills off *with the makeup* so I'm hesitant to even put it on at all if I'm wearing makeup (which is most days of the week!) I don't know what to do I'm sad because I am poor but I really try to get good face stuff every black friday and this is such a bummer because I absolutely love the rose creams from Fresh and now this is all I have and I'm too poor to just throw it out and buy something else I have to use this stuff but it keeps rubbing off as if I had a sunburn and my skin is peeling, it just makes me sad every day.

Disappointed

I was really disappointed in this product. I thought that it would help the dark circles under my eyes much more than it did. I will not be re-ordering.

Worth every penny

I've tried lots of different eye creams, none hold a candle to Fresh's Black Tea line. The jar does last a long time, so when considering the cost keep it mind it goes far, I reorder about every 6-8 months plus the product quality is great. Not greasy, absorbs quickly, produces results. I gave 5 Stars but I'd give 10 if it was an option. Excellent value.

New formula is too thick

I have been using the Black Tea eye cream for a few years. This latest formula is too thick and does not seem to absorb into my skin, leaving skin around my eyes feeling greasy. I thought maybe I received a bad bottle, but after reading the reviews, I am not the only one who has the same issue.

Wonderful texture, really hydrate and softens the eye area. A must for a comfortable skin routine
