Not for me

I hate to say it but I don't love this. I can't smell any vanilla, just cherry and amber. I expected it to be more fruity and sweet but it just smells.... heavy and thick? It gives grandma and I was so surprised because I love all of the note but it just doesn't work in this specific scent. It lasts forever so that's a positive but it almost makes me nauseous when I wear it and I feel like this is a cold weather scent. I can't imagine trying to wear this in the heat when it's already so heavy. I think if it had more vanilla or was fruitier or even just a little lighter it would be really nice but I just can't handle it and that's crazy coming from someone who will douse themselves in Kayali scents because those are also very sweet and heavy scents.

Great for every day

I love this scent! It’s great for everyday - a little sweet but still earthy and grounded. I also love the packaging - it feels luxe but it’s not bulky.

Beautiful Cherry fragrance

Amazing! I absolutely LOVE this fragrance. It's a nice Cherry which is in my top 5 favorite notes in a fragrance. It's gorgeous with a slight peppery touch. I absolutely will purchase this when it's released.

warm floral

The initial scent that comes from the spray seems fruity, but dries down quickly to a stronger, warm, floral scent. The scent isn’t quite what I expected, as I thought the fruit would come through a little more, but the warmth of the amber pulls in strong on my skin. The bottle is pretty, as expected of Burberry, a matte pink, and very feminine. The cap is a little hard to pull off, I’m not sure if that’s with all the bottles or just mine. Overall, it’s a very warm, floral feminine scent, and if you lean toward amber, then this is perfect for you.

I am absolutely in love with the amazing scent of this perfume. The mix of fruity gourmand notes, dark red berries with jasmine, rounded with vanilla and amber makes this a true signature scent. There's no other like it. The best part is it lasts all day!

Well rounded fragrance that is great for special o

This parfym is beautifully packaged. The bottle is simple and elegant. It dispenses a perfect spray with great dosing. The fragrance is great for special occasions or everyday. It is fruity, floral, and just a little spicy. It is fresh and warm. I got so many compliments on this. My husband is very particular about fragrances. I get migraines with some, but this was great. This is strong enough to last, but not overpowering. I would definitely be purchasing this for myself.

Not what I was expecting. Plastic smelling

I really wanted to like this, but I was genuinely disappointed by how some of the notes wore on me. Off the initial smell of the bottle it smelled really pretty! But on my skin I noticed an almost plastic synthetic note that almost pulled into CAT URINE!!! Not even exaggerating. I tried it on both my skin and sprayed onto my clothes and I just get past the plasticity of this scent.

It’s a fun but short lived fragrance

I love and disliked this particular perfume. First, it smells like candy, amazing and unique cherry candy smell. But it fades fast and goes thru a few different layers like vanilla and amber until you can’t really smell it any longer. I believe that this is a short time commitment perfume, maybe a dinner get together timeframe but anything longer than that, it’s gone. The bottle is very neat and sprays evenly. My younger daughter loves it so it won’t go to waste as we share in the short lived candy fun!

Pleasing Woodsy scent, that wears well.

The Burberry Her Parfum has a pleasant woodsy scent with a slight berries undertone. This parfum can easily work as your daily go to. It makes me think warm and cozy. After applying, it wears well, I can still smell the scent after 6-7 hours of wearing. I have received several compliments when wearing the Burberry Her Parfum. Best of all, it’s actually a scent my husband likes when I’m wearing.

Sexy and addicting floral scent

I didn’t expect to love Burberry Her this much but it’s become one of my favorite fragrances. It hits you right away with this super juicy floral and cherry smell— really delicious, sweet but not too sweet. It’s definitely not cheap or overly sugary. After a few minutes, it gets warmer and softer and more complex from the amber and then the vanilla. All together it turns into this smooth, cozy, addictive scent. I kept finding myself smelling my wrist. It also lasts a long time. I wore it out and could still smell it on my jacket later which I LOVE because I hate when perfume disappears after 20 minutes. The bottle is so beautiful and heavyweight. The pink matte is so pretty and feminine but still feels classy. It looks expensive sitting out. The atomizer works well and distributes an even and fine mist. It never leaves splatter marks when I spray it on my clothes. This is 100% a “going somewhere” perfume for me—date night, dinner, events, anytime I want to feel extra pretty and confident. Though I’m not opposed to it as an everyday scent either because it’s not overpowering. Basically: sweet cherry, warm vanilla, complex, a little addicting. Definitely a hot girl perfume.

Sickly sweet

Well… not the Burberry I’m used to. When I think Burberry, I think Brit or London: fall, tartan, spice, musk, amber, etc. This is much more 2000s Britney Spears where everything smells sugared. I know trends are leaning more girlie, & I could wear this if it had a bit more depth - tonka bean or suede base more or something. This scent, however, smelled HEAVILY of deep cherry cotton candy and whipped cream or white chocolate fudge. The finish did bring a bit more balance with white florals like freesia & a little rose… not in any sharp or green way, so it’s still just all VERY sweet scents piled on top of each other. Probably a great gift for a teenage girl for sure! Or if super sweet scents work well for you. I will say, it definitely smells better on & wears well. Stayed on all day on a busy, 20K steps day while I ran around, changed clothes, etc. A more vanilla note came to the top as time went on (but still strong creamy cherry cotton candy sweet). It’s not like I sprayed it on & had to wash it off, just not my style. So 3 stars for simple, sturdy methods of quality ingredients & make (boring bottle but sturdy & several test sprays revealed a nice, even mist). Minus 2 stars for it being so terribly imbalanced. Add a little depth by choosing a deeper berry, musk, leather, or stronger fresh scent, & I’d be more inclined to wear!

An elegant and intense, cherry, vanilla, amber hug

Burberry Her Parfum is a wonderfully elegant, sophisticated and intense perfume. Strong, semi-fruity, containing amber with highly prominent notes of cherry and vanilla, it’s long lasting, and wears like a hug. Burberry Her Parfum wears all day, getting softer over time while still retaining its essence. I’d recommend it for evening wear due to its projection and strength. As with all Burberry products, the perfume is packaged within a bottle that’s eye-catching, tasteful and stylish. I was gifted this product in exchange for my honest review.
