I got this in the lancome community and have trialed it for 2 weeks before doing a review. I have blepharitis and it doesn't sting my eyes at all or irritate, I have a dry patch of skin that has gone now with this. I don't have any puffiness or dark circles so I cant say if it helped with that, but I can see if helping as the way we got shown to apply it in the masterclass will drain the lymph nodes under the eyes. Also includes caffeine which is a good thing to have in it. I have lash extensions on so I cant put in the lashes, but I do put in my eyelashes. Doesnt feel tacky, just feels refreshed. The applicatior feels cooling on the eyes with it being a little cooler. Nice product!

I will start with the fact that from the age of 24-25 (I am already 41) I take special care of my eye area because of its delicacy and because it is one of the biggest traitors of our age and the wrong way of life. Over the years I have used many different products and brands - from drugstores to high end. It is thanks to my experience in this direction that I can say that this serum is a real revolution in skincare. To be a little more specific and to make my review meaningful (because I want it to be useful for more people), I will briefly mention some details related to my skin type in this area, my lifestyle, age and last but not least place - a way to use this treasure in a bottle. So... let's get started. I am 41 years old (as I said above). By nature I have quite visible dark circles and puffiness. The skin around my eyes is thin and this leads to easier appearance of fine lines and wrinkles (I add the fact that I love to laugh). I often sleep for a few hours, and my work involves a lot of hours spent in front of the computer. Some of the main factors that cause the greatest damage to the area around the eyes. I have been using it for almost two weeks now, every morning and evening, applying it completely according to the instructions on the packaging. The 360 ​​° flexible stainless-steel cryo-pearl glides so easily and cools the skin so pleasantly that it turns the use of the serum into a real spa ritual. (I just want to add that the amount of one dip of the applicator is enough for the area around one eye.) Finally, I always use light tapping movements with my ring finger so that the serum absorbs even better into the skin. I also use part of the product in the nasolabial folds, as the skin is very similar to that around the eyes. A big plus for me personally is that the serum is fragrance-free - it is perfectly suitable for people with sensitive skin and eyes (such as mine, by the way). There is no irritation or discomfort when using it. It absorbs very quickly into the skin without leaving greasy marks and a sticky feeling. It's great that the creators of the formula have also thought about eyelash care. In short - an amazing product! And in more detail about the result: my skin is brighter, firmer and smoother; the look - more rested and radiant; dark circles, puffiness and fine lines are less visible. My lashes are more nourished and strengthened, and my favourite part of makeup - mascara, is applied and looks great. Recently, I have been applying a beauty trick related to makeup, which quickly became my favourite. I mix a small amount of serum with the concealer. The look is instantly refreshed and illuminated. In conclusion: a great product that really does what it promises. Highly recommend it!
